Position Summary

The Business Analyst works with clients and the client success team to ensure we are satisfying client business needs and requests. Through deep knowledge of our clients’ goals, target performance, and obligations this role connects our clients’ needs with our product and processes. This role supports the client through the entire life cycle, and drives clients’ ability to bring care home through flawless execution, critical thinking and care for our mission and vision. This role will report to our Business Analyst Team Lead.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, report development, and business analysis, documentation, data extract analysis/documentation

  • Extensive computer software skills with programs such as Microsoft Excel, reporting tools (Power BI, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, SSRS, etc)

  • Experience in writing SQL queries and working with data in complex Excel scenarios

  • Healthcare experience is required

  • Experience integrating data analysis into business operations (i.e., assisting with business intelligence





Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
