Senior Coordinator, Training and Quality Assurance

Signify Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Coordinator, Training and Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate has a background in quality assurance processes,  training initiatives, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure that our Clinician Support team meets high quality standards of service. This role is vital in maintaining our clinician experience and improving overall quality.

About the Team: 

The Clinician Support team serves as the primary resource for resolving service delivery challenges, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for both members and clinicians. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct regular call and case audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Implement quality monitoring criteria

  • Facilitate training programs to enhance the Clinician Support team skills and ensure consistency in quality service

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps

  • Analyze performance metrics to identity trend an areas for improvement 

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall quality and effectiveness


 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years professional experience, preferably within a Healthcare Organization or Operations function 

  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and quality assurance practices.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proven track record of timely and accurately completing assigned tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced skills in MS Office or Google Suite; specifically MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Adept with technology.

  • Advanced skills in Salesforce and Five9

  • Ability to travel up to 10% (if not located in the DFW Metro)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
