Core Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs considering their designs and manufacturing constraints.
• Setting up a Valor tool flow to provide the customer with the needed capabilities into their manufacturing flow.
• Drive definition of the Valor rules.
• Specifications and verification of custom Valor rules.

Basic Qualifications

• Diligence with extreme attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and work ethic
• Experience with Valor NPI or similar software.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical & technical documentation.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills - can clearly and concisely communicate in English so that persons you work with can understand you clearly, particularly in technical conversations.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience and other education.

Preferred Qualifications

• A clear understanding of PCB electronics and/or manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with PCB assembly equipment and processes.
• Working experience with Valor NPI
• Takes initiative and good problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Preferable 7+ years' work experience

The total cash compensation range for this position is$116,900 to $233,800 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target.The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's worklocation as well as additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education/training.
