We are looking for an expert Product Manager who is excited about building products that customers love! You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment where you'll work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative solutions that drive our company's vision and strategy forward.

As a key part of our team, you'll work closely with our Product Architect to understand market needs, set priorities, and translate that knowledge into actionable plans for our development teams. Your focus? To bring new capabilities to life and integrate our software solutions seamlessly into the EDA market!

Job responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new insights that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market.
  • Drive product launches including working with product marketing team, executives, and other product management team members.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
  • Orchestrate product development during Agile design sprints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in computer/software engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent.
  • 5-10 years working within software development teams.
  • An ability to think in business terms and to drive business initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with different types and size of audiences is required.
  • Quick learner, who adapts well to changes in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in learning and applying new technology to tackle problems through collaboration and innovative solutions.
  • Must be familiar with Enterprise Agile and Scrum development practices.
  • Have basic understanding of User Experience value in product development.
  • Past experience working with UX designers and integrating Figma designs in the product development workflow would be a plus.
  • Proficient communication skills in Polish and English.
