Job Summary:



We are seeking a talented and experiencedTechnical Communications Engineer to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. Inthis role, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between ourtechnical product offerings and the market. You will be a key contributor to development and execution of effective marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of Simcenter Physical Testing in the market. You will act as the interface between product management and product marketing. You will be the voiceof the Simcenter Testlab software and Simcenter SCADAS hardware towards theouter world. Your expertise in physical testing will be vital in understandingcustomer needs, positioning our products, and creating compelling messagingthat resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong teaming with product management team to understand product roadmaps, features, and updates, and translate them into customer-focused messaging and positioning.
  • Support product line management to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Simcenter Physical Testing in line with market demands.
  • Craft clear value propositions of new and updated Simcenter Physical Testing solutions.
  • Support product marketing with the creation of demand generation marketing campaigns for existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, solution marketing, business development, presales, portfolio development, and creative marketing teams
  • Create persuasive and high-quality technical marketing content such as product presentations, website input, white papers, technical blog posts, and knowledge articles, ... which educate and attract potential buyers.
  • Jointly with solution marketing, plan and execute product launches, webinars, and industry events including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Support product management with market research to identify market trends, and positioning strategies, as to develop a deep understanding of our competitors and to better differentiate our products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical product communications/marketing or a similar role
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to create clear and persuasive technical content.
  • Strong in visual content creation (alike MS PowerPoint or infographics)
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Simcenter Testlab software and Simcenter SCADAS hardware or competitive test and measurement products (B&K, Mueller-BBM, Head Acoustics, HBM, Dewetron, M+P, Spectral Dynamics, ...) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decisions and strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong in visual content creation (alike MS PowerPoint or infographics)
