Your Role - What You Will Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles across multiple business units. Your role will focus on strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management, ensuring an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
✅ Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
- Identify and attract top-tier talent through various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, etc.).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance Siemens' employer brand and engage passive candidates.
✅ Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring trends, and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and TA colleagues to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining strong communication throughout the process.
✅ Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Utilize Siemens' ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidates and ensure compliance with company and legal hiring policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes, reducing time-to-fill while maintaining quality of hire.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices, industry trends, and diversity hiring initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
🎯 Experience & Skills Required:
- experience in full-cycle recruitment, in the Cloud tech-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to improve hiring strategies.
- Knowledge of diversity hiring, talent market insights, and employer branding best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
