AI Graduate Trainee (6-month Program)
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
We are looking for AI Graduate Trainee (6-month Program) to join our Global Services team. This role is based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
This program is designed to equip you with knowledge, skills, and practical experience on project implementation. You will be guided by a mentor and involved in Software development to provide professional services to clients. Apart from having the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and gain a breadth of experience, you will also stand a chance of being converted to permanent employee.

Responsibilities:
- Developing software components based on technical design document that leverage company software
- Writing and executing unit test plans to test software components
- Communicating with the team and project managers to provide input in order to keep the project within scope, on time, and to monitor any changes to the detailed design specifications
- Ensuring excellence and quality of work based on company methodology and standards.
Requirements:
- Currently on final year or to be graduated from Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science majoring in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Based in Malaysia and willing to relocate / work in Bayan Lepas (Penang)
- Proficient in Python and relevant libraries
- Familiar with machine learning, AI algorithms and natural language processing
- Knowledge of AI/ML development frameworks and tools
- Experience with data processing and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure)
- Software development skills in C#, VB, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript
- Basic knowledge on RDBMS on SQL server
- Good analytical skills, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
