SaaS Governance Execution Intern

As an intern in SaaS Governance Execution, you will support the development and refinement of a process and workflow for submitting and fulfilling customer Requests for Information (RFIs). Currently, the process for submitting support requests is manual and primarily conducted via email, leading to inefficiencies in collecting key information such as Salesforce Opportunity ID, product/deployment details, and reasons for assistance. You will help streamline the process and contribute to improving field-based self-service.

A more structured and consistent intake process will enhance opportunity evaluation and allow the Sales team to manage RFIs more independently before escalating for additional support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Map and improve workflows for submitting and fulfilling customer RFIs
  • Evaluate tooling options (e.g., SharePoint, Mendix, Salesforce, Excel) for intake and tracking
  • Assist in developing request forms and supporting documentation
  • Analyze patterns and trends in RFI data to identify opportunities for automation or process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the SaaS Governance Execution team and other internal stakeholders

What You'll Gain:

  • Hands-on experience in business process mapping and improvement
  • Exposure to global software sales operations and governance practices
  • Opportunity to apply analytical skills in a real-world context
  • Enhanced communication and collaboration skills through cross-functional teamwork

Organization Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Junior status preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in process improvement and data-driven decision-making
  • Flowcharting and workflow design skills
  • Passionate, self-driven and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Desire to continuously improve and learn about new areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Inspires collaboration
