Primary Purpose: Develops and executes sales strategies and plans for assigned Key Accounts focused on long-term success with customer. Develops executive relationships to gain insight to customers business and technical challenges. Leads a WW team to support the customers business initiatives and global requirements.

1. Establish a deep understanding of the account(s). Develop and maintain Executive relationships. % of time: 20
2. Establish a vision for the team with measurable goals and objectives. Regularly review team results to hold team accountable and recognize significant contributions. % of time: 20
3. Manage the development and execution of account plans, sales strategies and opportunity plans. Identify specific opportunities with tactics and owners for all customer engagements. % of time: 20
4. Collaborates with peers within sales and factory to garner resources required to execute against plans. % of time: 20
5. Represent Siemens EDA's priorities and manage execution during all customer negotiations. % of time: 20
Scope of Job: Specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in sales. Viewed as an expert in the field. May have a leadership role. Responsible for selling Siemens EDA's products or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Assigned to large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
8 years of direct account management experience in electronic design or similar.
Bachelor's degree required preferably in engineering, Masters preferred
Demonstrated team building/development skills
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
Demonstrated background of experience being able to establish a broad and deep understanding of customers and business
