Sr. Manager, Technology Strategy and Portfolio

The SiemensDigital Industries Software is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technology Strategy andPortfolio who will join Technology Partner Ecosystem Strategy team. We arelooking for a highly organized and detail-oriented leader with extensive cloudtechnology experience, strong strategic mindset and track record of building ahigh performing team, to join the organization. You will be working to shapethe strategy and execution, to attract and engage Technology Partner ecosystemto develop new solutions and build business using Siemens Xcelerator productsand APIs.

You and your teamwill work towards outcome that will lead to increased number of qualitytechnology partners leveraging Siemens SaaS products, enhanced partner-readyproduct offerings, higher SaaS portfolio adoption, stronger and more integratedpartner ecosystem. Ultimate measure will be the material impact the TechPartner Ecosystem plays in delivering Siemens DISW goals and objectives.

MainResponsibilities:

  • Define Strategy and execution for TechnologyPartner Ecosystem Portfolio Development
  • Engagewith selected partners for co-development, enhancing Xcelerator portfolio andmarket reach.
  • Define TechnologyPartnership Engagement Framework and Portfolio Adoption
  • Establish TechnicalAdvisory and Build enablement on Siemens Xcelerator
  • Providestechnical and subject matter expertise to the partner community developingsolutions using Siemens Xcelerator products. APIs, toolsets.
  • Facilitateprovisioning of Siemens SaaS solutions services and subscriptions to build andvalidate the new solutions.

Developer NetworkStrategy and Execution-

-Designand implement a unified strategy for engaging developers on Siemens Xceleratorproduct at a global scale.

-Developand design business strategy for engaging developers, influencing adeveloper-centric product strategy, and driving thought leadership for thedeveloper audience.

Cross- functionalTeam Collaboration-

-Workclosely with product segments, CTO office to align on key partnershipstrategies with overall business objectives and ensure successful execution

Building and managing a high performing team-

-Developand grow the team capabilities aligned with the team goal.

-Recruitmentof new hires with right skillsets required to build the team.

-DriveInitiatives and work assignment for the team and mange timely delivery.

-Maintainteam culture and motivation within the team.

Qualifications:

Education-

-Degreein computer science/engineering or related field and preferably Master ofBusiness Administration

Experience-

-10+ years of experience in software development, developer marketing, developer evangelism, and/or app. engineering.

-Experience in cloud application development, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud-native application architecture

-Proficiency with developer tools like GitHub, VS Code, Kubernetes

-Experienceworking with technology partnership (ISV, developers, technologist) to developsolutions with SaaS applications, API-based development, extendibility onenterprise solutions.

-Managingteam of technology advisors and subject matter experts.

Skills-

-Strong ability to engage ad inspire technology partners and developers' community.

-Proactive collaboration across organizational boundaries to build trust and achieve outcomes.

-Exceptional problem-solving and innovation skills.

-Risk-taking, fail-fast and iterative learning mindset

-Effective communication skills for simplifying complex information and compelling action.

Preferred-

-Understanding of engineering and manufacturing domain and software will be preferred but not required.

SiemensSoftware. Transform the Everyday

The salaryrange for this position is $140,100 to $252,200 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
