This role is responsible for leading omnichannel communications programs that raise help shape and safeguard the reputation of Siemens Digital Industries Software. With a focus on leading awareness campaigns for the Siemens Electronic Design Automation (EDA) segment, this position will help develop an overall narrative and supporting programs to reinforce Siemens' leadership position in semiconductor design technology. This role is responsible for creating and executing the Siemens EDA global awareness campaign, and will be tasked with development of strategic plans, messaging, positioning and content creation for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns to raise awareness of Siemens Digital Industries Software and our technology for electronic design automation (EDA), semiconductor and electronics industries
  • In partnership with other stakeholders, develop internally and externally facing communications materials to support the campaign and associated projects.
  • Collaborate across organizations including industry strategy, marketing, thought leadership and social media to develop strategic communications plans and deliver/amplify key messages and stories across the Siemens communications ecosystem.
  • Partners closely with PR, Marketing and leadership to create holistic narrative and positioning materials for Siemens EDA
  • Manages and/or cultivates relationships with key influencers including strategic publications and media organizations
  • Serves as a communications advisor to executives and subject matter experts,
  • May serve as functional manager for cross-functional team programs

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years Marketing, Communications or Content Marketing experience
  • Able to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across earned, owned, paid and social media channels
  • As comfortable with strategic planning/thinking as you are writing/executing.
  • Strong internal client management skills, including the ability to provide wise counsel and manage appropriate service level expectations while simultaneously delivering results that meet their needs and the broader organization
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with senior-level peers in adjacent disciplines, including PR, social media, executive comms.
  • Ability to effectively navigate and leverage a large and complex organizational structure to maximize efficiency
  • Not afraid of complex technologies

  • Experience working with and understanding PLM, Electronic Design Automation (EDA) or other similar industrial software
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, interpersonal and communication skills with English fluency
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
  • May require occasional travel

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $122,200 to $219,900 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
