Job Duties:

We areseeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual Software Quality Assurance Engineer to work as part of an Agile teamresponsible for ensuring the highest level of software quality and reliabilityto support our customers' success. You will collaborate closely withcross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify potential issues,and drive solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Youwill have frequent customer interaction to ensure the software qualification isaligned with customer environment and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

QualityAssurance Testing: Conductcomprehensive testing of software to ensure it meets quality standards andfulfills customer requirements.

Customer-CentricTesting: Working closely with yourcustomer, develop test cases and scenarios that reflect their real-worldcustomer usage, focusing on areas critical to the customer's success.

User ExperienceTesting: Evaluate the user interfaceand experience to ensure intuitive and seamless interaction for customers.

Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to identify any new issues orregressions introduced during software updates or modifications.

Bug Tracking andReporting: Document and track softwaredefects, communicate issues effectively with Agile teams, and ensure timelyresolution.

Customer FeedbackAnalysis: Analyze customer feedbackand support tickets to identify recurring issues, trends, or areas forimprovement.

Collaborative ProblemSolving: Collaborate with customersupport teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting your customer'ssuccess.

Documentation andKnowledge Sharing: Maintaincomprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testreports. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhanceoverall quality assurance processes.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve software quality,testing processes, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience andknowledge of EDA design tools, PLM solutions, and PCB manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience insoftware quality assurance, preferably in a customer-facing role.

• Strong understandingof software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Experience with testautomation frameworks and scripting languages is a plus.

• Excellent analyticaland problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Effectivecommunication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally andcommunicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Customer-focusedmindset with a passion for ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Ability to thrive ina fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
