Job Title: Software Engineering Team Lead [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]
Job Location: Plano, TX location and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S.

Duties: Oversee a team of software engineers working on the SaaS transformation of state-of-the-art simulation software. Assume ownership of the delivery of the technical product. Develop and expand the team to meet the future strategic needs. Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching. Work with Project Management team to plan the delivery of the product. Contribute to product strategy, architectural decisions, and help drive technical solutions. Provide feedback to executives as well as discuss technical trade-offs in Product Development with engineers. Identify risks and communicate to stakeholders.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems and Technology, Cloud Development, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineering-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1.3 years of experience in a technical leadership role;
2.3 years of experience in cloud computing technologies, including delivering and operating SaaS products;
3.Working with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban;
4.Working in mature CI/CD SDLC environments;
5.Working with Cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services (AWS);
6.Utilizing web programming languages including HTML and SQL;
7.Lead multiple initiatives in a global delivery;
8.Working with Object-oriented programming and Relational databases including SQL.
