What we're looking for

Are you a computer science enthusiast student eager to delve into the world of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning? Siemens Lifecycle Collaboration Software (LCS) in Cambridge is offering a 12-month paid internship to a talented individual who is passionate about shaping the future of technology. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work on world-class, complex software projects in an exciting and varied enterprise environment for industry-leading customers. What you'll be doing

As an intern in our Cambridge office, you will be an integral part of the Siemens LCS organisation working closely with system architects, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development of AI adoption strategies within LCS Teamcenter Structures applications.

The internship will last for 12 months from July 2025. There will be opportunities to learn and contribute in a variety of areas of the software development process.

What you'll bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Science, Engineering, or related degree program.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with SQL is required.
  • Experience or understanding of C++ is beneficial.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, including a solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for coding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a friendly global team environment.
  • Some hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
