About the role:
Assists more senior engineers in designing, developing, modifying, and implementing software programming for products (both internal and external) with focus on surpassing customers' expectations by achieving high quality and on time delivery. Ensures the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms. Works under close supervision. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency.

What you'll be doing:
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions for our products.
• Project Assistance: Support the management of small project releases, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Product Creation: Help build, release, and maintain product-related documentation and support tools.
• QA & Testing: Assist in developing test plans and collaborate on quality assurance testing to ensure top-notch software performance.
• Process Optimization: Identify and suggest improvements to tools and processes that enhance production efficiency.
• Technical Translation: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Script Development: Write and update scripts that enhance and streamline production processes.
• Troubleshooting: Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, improving your problem-solving skills.
• Project Communication: Proactively provide status updates on all ongoing projects and software releases.
• Tool Application: Develop your ability to apply the right tools and techniques to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
• Technology Growth: Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and technologies to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.
• Special Projects: Participate in special initiatives, including marketing efforts and proposal development.
What you'll bring:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science and/or an Engineering field.
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Basic knowledge of requirements management
- Basic knowledge of business development
- Basic knowledge of systems, methods, metrics, estimating skills, and process orientation
- Basic knowledge of market knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Industry Insight and knowledge.
- C++ and C# advanced knowledge
- Source control basic knowledge
- Collaboration with the team
