As part of our Global Services organization, we are looking for a Services Project Manager (Japanese Speaker) to be based in Penang (Malaysia) or Pune (India). This role will coordinate services projects and driving customer's value realization. This role will execute the project within the defined targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer's satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Review customer requirements and project scope
- Ensure the project on-time delivery
- Enforce project change management process
- Support the project risk management
- Perform project quality management and manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations
- Measure project performance and provide updates regularly for a realistic project forecast
- Manage and resolve issues with all necessary internal and external stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and execute project communications
- Actively seek and provide feedback from project team members, managers and customers
- Assist the Program and Resource Manager to set up the project team
- Share experiences and support improvement initiatives in the project
- Align the project schedule with solution releases and value realization plan
- Define and agree to the project roles and responsibilities with the customer
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science or similar technical discipline
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 3 years of international project management experience
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have knowledge of Project Management Process
Nice-to-have requirements:
- Working knowledge on SDLC, Agile, or other Software Delivery Framework
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
- Working experience in IT Software Development or Project Management
- Good understanding of digital manufacturing IT system around ERP, CRM, PLM, MES or other Enterprise Systems
