Services Project Manager

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. As part of the Services organisation, you'll be at the forefront of driving projects to success by embracing an agile approach and keeping the client journey and satisfaction at the heart of everything you do. Whilst delivering the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope and quality, it is paramount that you have a strong focus on realizing customer value by performing successful projects. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage advanced technologies, and shape the future of industrial digitalization.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive value realization and ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget project delivery
  • Establish and implement project structure and governance, demonstrating Siemens Delivery Framework
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control
  • Manage project financials and proactively identify and minimise risks
  • Use agile methodologies to improve collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement
  • Building strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Track project performance, report key metrics, and provide insights to senior management
  • Promote innovation, best practices, and creative problem-solving within the team

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong agile methodology experience
  • Proven expertise in project management in software implementation, PLM, and/or manufacturing
  • Business-minded with a strategic perspective on service organizations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical problem-solver with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to challenges
  • Proficient in English and Swedish
  • Willing to travel (to clients sites) when required

Nice to have

  • Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum)
