Responsibilities:
PA Software (DI PA SW) unit is leading software provider of well-rounded digital twin over entire Process industry value chain. The comprehensive product portfolios and solutions continue to create new value for customers: COMOS, from integrated engineering to integrated operation; gPROMS, process simulation & process digital twin; SIMIT, virtual commissioning and operator training platform; Mobile Worker, making data work for on field maintenance engineer and SiePA, AI solution for predictive maintenance.
From integrated engineering, simulation to operation management, we provide an open ecosystem, modular and scalable solutions, evergreen digital twin, end-to-end user experience, and well-rounded knowledge management. Support clients to achieve digitalization transformation and balanced success.
For DI PA Software segment, we are looking for a PA Software PSS (Product Sales Specialist) in Region South. As PA Software PSS, the product responsible person in region, work closely with regional sales and dedicated software sales colleagues to implement PA Software sales strategy to relevant channels and customers, achieve PA Software target in region.
- Develop the overall product strategy along with the field technical management to achieve business targets and strategic objectives. Business targets and strategic objectives are defined by sales management in conjunction with the product division. The strategy to achieve those business targets requires the construction of a top-down and bottom-up plan account by account within a territory (including calling out strategy to assemble unidentified business in that territory)
- Lead all aspects of allocated key projects, actively engaging to review effective delivery in line with business guidelines and supervise customer happiness. Represent Siemens Product Lifecycle Management governance structure, as appropriate, and provide a focus for customer relationship management.
- Analyze market & business opportunity, define and develop the target end customers, OEM, distributor and SI with close collaboration with regional sales
- Define measures for PA Software SBTA fulfillment (e.g. key projects' list) in responsible region
- Win sales target with Participate customer development and Own customer development. Increase PA Software sales volume via strategic program, drive business growth within selected existing and new customers.
- Assist with networking activities, marketing, customer meetings, proposal development and customer presentations to deliver outstanding customer value. Assist in making sales strategy and setting margins for all solutions and service opportunities. Work with operations to assess risk and provide technical solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Coordinate Post-sales Support & build Lighthouse
- Balance the financial status and forecast of the mentioned service
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering areas promoting and implementing process improvements internally and externally in the different critical areas.
- Get visibility in region with BU program, standard process and policy
Qualifications
- Related major in Electronics or another related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in areas of Sales, PSS, BD, presales in digitalization, industry software, automation systems or related fields.
- Familiarity with industrial software products or digitalization solutions, such as COMOS, gPROMS, SIMIT, SiePA or similar products be effective.
- Ability of structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, and implement
- Good social skills with ability to represent customer interests with both internal and external parties
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed
