About the role:
Looking for an experienced software engineer to join adynamic, global, and rapidly growing team that is responsible for developingSimcenter HEEDS MDAO technologies. The position involves leading thedevelopment of new features and all aspects of software development fromrequirement gathering to implementation and testing. There is also potentialfor expanding skills in web development technologies.

What you'll bedoing:
Work with stakeholders to help collect and reviewrequirements for new HEEDS features.
Design, implement, deploy, and maintain HEEDS features.
Act as an internal consultant and provide technicalleadership to the team.
Participate in peer code reviews and documentation updates.
Follow all established development policies and processesfrom common SCRUM methods.
Help coordinate development activities with the productmanagement, quality assurance and technical support teams.
What you'll bring:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science and/or an Engineeringfield.
Proficient in application of OOP using C++.
Extensive development experience within a productionenvironment (commercial software).
Good teamwork and cooperation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical understanding of optimization, design-spaceexploration, and software process automation.
Experience in complex software architecture design.
Experience leading a team.
Experience in a collaborative, agile development environmentwith flexible resources and development assignments.
Experience with OOP in Python.
