Duties: Guide customers and application engineers in architecture and implementation of large SoC DFT architecture. Build flows to demonstrate usage of 3DIC and tools and methods involved. Help application engineers and support engineers solve customer problems. Utilize hierarchical DFT designs and architectures for application engineer and user advice. Participate in architectural reviews to assess the methods planned by customers and advise on improved strategies and methods. Develop testcases that can be used by application engineers or customers to better understand the 3D DFT implementation and usage. Work in DFT design of 3DIC devices with deep knowledge of hierarchical DFT, MBIST, and IJTAG.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Product Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
1.Working in hierarchical DFT, ATPG with TestKompress, and memory BIST with Tessent MemoryBIST
2.Memory BIST insertion and troubleshooting
3. IJTAG infrastructure and experience in insertion and debugging
4.Debugging and troubleshooting DFT and building testcases
5.Hierarchical DFT and ATPG experience including wrapper designs and pattern retargeting.
5% domestic travel is required. [ONSITE ROLE]
