This position will be in the High-Level Design Implementation, Verification, and Power division with Catapult, PowerPro, and Precision core products at Siemens EDA.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to content strategies that support and amplify short- and long-term marketing goals.
- Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization.
- Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.
- Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives including newsletters, trainings and internal events.
- Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer-facing events including seminars, webinars, tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, digital marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing, demand gen, or account-based marketing roles with technology/software companies
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Skilled in web management, and experience in event planning and logistics
- Excellent skills in communication, research, copywriting, and project management.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution
- Experience in implementing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns to meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously
- A self-organized, independent yet collaborative team-player

The salaryrange for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
