Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible forBusiness Process Architects and Business Process Strategist team members,including but not limited to, staffing levels, employee development, changemanagement, high team morale.
  • Oversees theday-to-day execution of transformation initiatives supported by BusinessProcess Architects and Strategists.
  • Responsible for managing specific projects, coordinatingactivities, and ensuring that transformation initiatives are achieved.
  • Allocates teamresources effectively, prioritizes competing demands, and ensures that projectteams have the necessary support to achieve their objectives.
  • Builds andmaintains relationships with key stakeholders, senior leadership, FinOpsleaders and SMEs.
  • Engages withstakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.Communicates progress, addresses concerns, and fosters collaboration among keystakeholders throughout the transformation process.
  • Identifies andmitigates risks associated with transformation initiatives, ensuring thatpotential obstacles are addressed promptly to minimize disruption.
  • Fosters aculture of innovation and continuous improvement, facilitating the adoption ofnew processes or systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experiencein leading teams that drive strategic initiatives and system and processimprovement.
  • Historyof successful execution on strategic initiatives/process & systemimprovement
  • Managementexperience, leading high performing teams
  • Strongcollaboration skills
  • Problem solver mindset

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $120,800 to$217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
