As the Senior Manager of Business Technology Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT operations and the business needs of the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) organization. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in IT architecture, operations, and strategy. You will work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Support to align IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that the evolving technology landscape effectively supports business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On IT and Business Strategy Alignment: Actively lead and participate in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, identifying technical requirements, and driving IT support strategies that bring value to the business.
- Operational Execution and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Engage directly in day-to-day operations to ensure that IT services are meeting business requirements and proactively address gaps.
- Mapping and Ownership Clarity: Collaborate with IT and business leaders to establish clear accountability and ownership, creating detailed mappings of responsibilities to facilitate solution delivery and meet business needs.
- Innovation and Technology Application: Lead hands-on evaluations of new technology trends relevant to EDA, recommending and implementing solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
- Performance Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Implement data-driven processes for measuring technology-related performance. Work collaboratively to ensure continuous improvement and adapt strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT operations or technology strategy roles, with a strong track record in hands-on implementation and operational leadership.
- Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of IT systems and the ability to apply technical knowledge in a business context.
- Demonstrated experience in bridging business functions and IT, including direct involvement in projects that enhanced technology alignment with business goals.
- Hands-on problem-solving capabilities, able to independently drive initiatives and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels effectively.

The salary range for this position is $141,800 to $255,300 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
