Senior Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to Join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understanding and executing JEDEC standards of memory Protocols.
• Design & Implement memories softmodels for emulation and Veloce environments.
• Develop and execute detailed block level and chip level digital designs.
• System level integration and running needed verification tasks on system level.
• Running and debugging simulation, emulation, and prototyping based verification environments.
• Running code check tools and code coverage tools and analyze reports.
• Run Synthesis of RTL code and analyze reports.
• Run static timing analysis and analyze reports.

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Solid experience with Digital HW Design.
• Experience with Verilog and/or System Verilog.
• Hands on experience in FPGA design flow and Interfacing.
• Logic synthesis and synthesis report analysis knowledge is needed.
• Knowledge of memory protocols (DRAM, SPI NOR, and Flash memories).
• Knowledge of Scripting Languages (Perl/Tcl) is a plus!
• Prior Knowledge of Siemens Tools such as Simulation, Synthesis, or any Functional Verification Flows is a plus.
• Highly proactive and wishing to work in a hands-on role from initial Spec through to support of deployment.
• Needs to be methodological with highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share your knowledge with others.
