About the role:
- Technical leadership of one or more projects within a software product.
- Delivery of high-quality software solutions based on market requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, research, implement and modify software programming for products, i.e. Computational geometry algorithms to tackle problems in parasitic extraction domain.
- Develop effective data structures and algorithms to process geometrical objects.
- Ability to understand complex problems, research and implement solutions for them.
- Ability to do planning and task break down, provide realistic time estimation.
- Work with minimal direction on sophisticated projects with wide latitude for independent judgment.
- Document and functional specs. Ability to read and understand documentation from the product requestors.
- Supervise junior colleagues, work with peer from different teams (software engineering, product engineering, quality assurance) to deliver product.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4-5 years) in software development.
- Proven understanding in computational geometry algorithms.
- MS+ in CS/Math/Physics/EE or related.
- Strong C/C++/ STL programming skills.
- Knowledge of Linux operating system.
- Good knowledge of English is a must (both verbal and written)!
