Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone, other electronic means, and at customer locations
- Assist customers in deploying Siemens EDA's Calibre manufacturing software to solve design challenges
- Track and update customer issues using defined Siemens EDA's processes and tracking tools

- Develop and deliver technical training on new features and product updates
- Develop technical content for Siemens EDA's knowledgebase
- Communicate customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales teams
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5-year experience in foundries tape-out flow integration/automation is preferred
- Familiar with Calibre SVRF/OPC/RET rule language is a plus
- Candidates should have a working familiarity with Unix and Linux OS
- Proficiency in Unix shell scripting, Tcl, Python, and other scripting languages is a plus
- Familiarity with Machine learning solutions (algorithm, theory, statistics) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify problems and provide solutions
- Good relationship-building skills and fluent speaking/presentation skills in English
