This permanent contract (CDI) position (Status - cadre) is linked to our Châtillon (92) site and is available as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

Manage Strategic Partnerships

Build and Align Strategic Partnerships - Collaborate with partner organizations to align on objectives, initiatives, and performance metrics while fostering strong relationships at all levels, from executives to technical teams.

Lead Reviews and Joint Planning - Conduct strategic business reviews, facilitate global planning sessions, and develop action plans to assess performance and define shared goals, strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Strategic Business Planning

Develop and Implement Strategic Plans - Create comprehensive business plans informed by market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis, defining clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals.

Collaborate and Monitor Progress - Work with global regional teams to implement plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve mutual targets and drive successful outcomes.

Differentiated Solutions

Co-Create Differentiated Solutions - Work with partners to develop innovative solutions using Siemens' offerings, guided by joint market analysis and customer research to address specific needs and unlock new opportunities.

Promote Joint Value Propositions - Define compelling value propositions and lead the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and success stories to effectively position and promote solutions to target customers.

Joint Go-to-Market Strategies

Design and Implement Go-to-Market Strategies - Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive plans, including target markets, customer segments, and sales strategies, while aligning global sales and marketing teams for flawless execution.

Enable and Optimize Sales Collaboration - Coordinate joint sales training and establish clear processes for lead generation, deal registration, and opportunity management to drive efficient and effective partnership success.

Evangelize Partnerships Internally

Advocate for Strategic Partnerships - Champion partnerships within the organization by sharing success stories, showcasing value to key groups, and aligning product roadmaps and development plans with partner strategies.

Foster Collaboration and Learning - Facilitate regular communication, joint workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events to ensure alignment, effective collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Metric Management

Define and Track Key Metrics - Manage and monitor partnership performance metrics, including pipeline growth, deal velocity, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity.

Analyze and Optimize Performance - Collaborate with global partners to review metrics, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address performance gaps and drive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, computer science, engineering, marketing, or sales, or equivalent work experience.

Background in software sales, ideally in manufacturing or engineering software, with SaaS experience.

Experience managing global enterprise-level partnerships with a small number of large alliance partners.

• Strong expertise in facilitating and moderating teamwork and collaboration, guiding without authority, and business/commercial insight.

• Proficiency in go-to-market strategy, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and creative innovation.

• Advanced skills in team leadership, communication, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation.

• Ability to manage conflict, adapt to change, and demonstrate resilience and a growth mindset.

• Proficiency in English and French

• Familiarity with business systems (e.g., CRM, sales systems) and proficiency in MS Office.
