We are currently hiring for a Renewal Sales Representative for ourThailand market and this role is based in Bangkok (Thailand). The person willbe responsible for renewing maintenance and SaaS subscription-based softwareproducts, up-sells, price increases and extending the tenure and lifetime valueof our customers. The person should be able to engage with various levels ofcontacts to advance the customer journey through strong rapport building andconsultative partnership. A key part of this role is identifying possibleroadblocks to customer longevity in various parts of the Siemens/Customersrelationship, including product training, license deployment, and licenseutilization. Skills include identification of potential customer needs,detailed account assessment, and in-depth collaboration with other internalteams.

KeyResponsibilities:
- Responsible for driving, forecastingand ensuring the closure of renewals.
- Manage the different facets ofsubscription and support renewals.
- Prepare the renewal proposals,invoices, notifications, and update customers for upcoming contract expiration.
- Connect with partners/customersdirectly to negotiate terms and conditions to consult and sell specific renewalproduct, including multiyear renewal, co-term renewals and upsell.
- Drives and own the transformation ofperpetual license to SaaS licenses with partners and customers.
- Collaborate cross functionally withSales, Pre-sales, Finance and Customer Success team to close renewals.
- Identify customer needs, pain pointsand demonstrate account management capabilities to guide renewal closure.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies toreduce churn rates.
- Responsible for accurate forecastingand management of the deal through entire sales cycle.
- Forecast trends and give suggestionson how those trends can enhance retention rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relatedfield with strong analytical background or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the field of renewals, sales and quota carrying in SaaS company.
- Excellent customer management skills with external stakeholders leading to customer retention and adoption for SaaS model.
- Familiar and demonstrated good proficiency regarding contract renewal processes.
- Ability to operate under strictdeadlines and know how to prioritize the assigned tasks.
- Detailed, strong follow up and goodtime management skills.
- Excellent proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent spoken and writtencommunication skills in Thai and English, and other languages among SEA countrieswill be preferred.
