Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify renewal opportunities for existing SMB customers and develop contract negotiation strategies
- Establish collaborative strategies for Partner Relationship Management and building a renewal sales representative system
- Provide training and support for partner renewal sales representatives
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities to uncover sales opportunities
- Set renewal sales targets and analyze performance
- Adjust sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis
- Prepare regular reports on the progress and performance of renewal sales
- Manage customer data and sales activity records using a CRM system (ex. SFDC)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in renewal sales
- Over 10 years of B2B application sales experience, including at least 5 years in SMB sales
- Preferred experience in constructing renewal sales and partner sales systems
- Proficiency in CRM software (ex. SFDC) and MS Office
