TheTessent team is responsible for developing and providing DFT solutionsinvolving test IPs that improve the overall testability of a design. These testIPs are delivered and treated as any regular IP that must be integrated intocustomer designs. As the complexity of designs grows along with shrinkingdesign cycles, there is a trend across the industry to push much of the DFTanalysis, insertion, and integration of the DFT IPs in RTL. The successfulcandidate should have very good knowledge of Tcl/Python programming, digitalcircuit design, and design implementation flows with particular emphasis ondelay constraints, static timing analysis, and timing optimization techniques.The candidate must also be conversant with hardware-description languages suchas System Verilog and VHDL. The candidate is expected to become an expert onTessent IPs and will be actively guiding our customers to integrate the testinstruments into their designs.

Required experiences:
- BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 year's experience of design, static timing analysis, and Tcl/Python scripting
- Software Engineering skills, especially in scripting languages such as Tcl and Python. Basic understanding of C++ is desirable.
- Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of a design flow - particularly SDC, static timing analysis, and timing optimization.
- Very good knowledge of digital logic design along with hardware description languages, such as Verilog, System Verilog, and VHDL.
- Knowledge of DFT and best-known industry practices are desirable.
- Expertise in at least one scripting language.
- Strong analysis, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details and the ability to accurately estimate tasks and deliver on schedule.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $145,700 to$262,300 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
