Job description:
• ExecuteSimcenter and Nastran product regression tests, which includes manual andautomated regression tests.
• Scheduleand execute performance automated tests, automated test runs and manual testingfor Simcenter and Nastran products.
• Performresults triage and results reporting.
• Fileproblem reports on issues found during testing.
• Performproblem reports validation for assigned problem reports.
• Performregression testing for product tests scheduled by release management.
• Create,maintain, and follow Quality Control Standards and test processes.
• Enforceconsistent Quality Control Standards based upon established Quality ControlStandards documents.
• Assessthe product release quality based upon the published release quality standards.
• Maintainand enhance existing manual and automated tests.
• Defineregression testing software requirements to improve the efficiency of allaspects of testing and results reporting.
Educational Level:
Bachelor Engineering Degree (mechanical, aerospace,electrical, computer)
Skills:
• Experienceusing MS Windows and Linux.
• Experiencein quality control or assurance in software development.
• Interestedin testing and automation tools.
• Written,verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Abilityto work on multiple product releases simultaneously.
To start as a project test engineer for Simcenter 3D youshould have some user knowledge in CAE software tools (Simcenter, Solid Edge,Solidworks, Inventor, CATIA, Ansys...).
