Our goal is to make Simcenter X the easiest, most flexible, way to get engineering insights, in the shortest possible time.

We're hiring a highly motivated Product Owner to join the SaaS team within the Simcenter Technologies Product Management Department. Our team handles defining and executing a vision for transforming the Simcenter Portfolio of tools into a market leading Software as a Service offering, through Simcenter X.

• Acting as Product Owner contributing to business outcomes and roadmap definition by creating high quality requirements with attention to detail and interdependencies
• Managing and prioritising product backlogs based on stakeholder demand and product vision while managing trade-offs between scope and schedule
• Being a voice of the customer to development teams, expressing their needs clearly and providing clarifications on requirements when needed, efficiently resolving bottlenecks to help the project progress
• Partnering with development teams and other key stakeholders such as product managers to ensure epics and user stories are defined properly to guarantee a high-quality delivery
• Participating in demos and team retrospectives, ensuring constant process improvement throughout the software lifecycle
• Continuously watch the product performance, including user satisfaction and adoption metrics to find areas for improvement
• Coordinating with all necessary teams such as documentation, user experience, quality assurance, to ensure the delivered enhancement is of high quality from the customer's perspective

• MSc or PhD in mechanical engineering (or similar)
• Industrial experience using CAE simulation software
• Experience of working in a software environment as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the context of agile development processes
• Your flexibility to work with distributed teams across various time-zones
• Creating product vision and strategy, including understanding the market, target personas, and problems they face
• Delivering cloud products and services as well as Simcenter portfolio knowledge (if possible)
