The Electronics Board Systems Group

The Electronic Board Systems Group (EBS) of Siemens EDA provides software solutions for engineering, simulating, designing, manufacturing and managing data for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) development. PCBs mechanically and electrically connect electrical components and are found in virtually all electronic products and systems. The Opportunity: HyperLynx Product Marketing

The EBS business unit is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the HyperLynx product line. HyperLnyx products include solutions for signal integrity analysis, power analysis, advanced field solvers and analog/mixed-signal simulation.

The successful candidate would be able to identify market trends, opportunities, leverage key themes and customer needs in the signal/power integrity and simulation segment into marketing programs, sales materials, and field marketing campaigns.

With a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and creating sophisticated marketing programs in a complex, ever-changing global market landscape, the successful candidate will make a material difference to revenue within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to shape product and go-to-market strategies that maximize corporate revenue.
  • Define key product messages, positioning, and branding strategies to enhance market perception and adoption.
  • Leverage key industry themes and customer needs to create impactful marketing programs, sales materials, and field marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute brand and segment strategies that align with divisional initiatives and corporate goals.
  • Drive marketing programs that establish Siemens EDA and HyperLynx as industry thought leaders.
  • Support product launches, ensuring the successful adoption and continued growth of HyperLynx in the market.
  • Collaborate with Market Development and Product Strategy & Technology teams to develop and refine messaging, pricing, packaging, and promotional plans.
  • Work closely with market development and sales teams to craft compelling messaging for new solutions, product releases, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute event strategies for key trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field (Master degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role within the electronics industry, printed circuit board or IC design.
  • An understanding of the principles associated with signal integrity, power integrity, and high-speed electronics.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into value propositions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and business development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
  • Ability to travel as needed for industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.

The salary range for this position is $105,100 to $189,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
