The Calibre® DFM team is looking for a highly motivated Product Engineer (PE) to help define, promote and deploy our market leading layout modification solutions. As part of our team you will:
- Work with key customers to understand business needs and define new technologies and techniques to create the future of layout modification using the Calibre family of products.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and other product groups to build innovative products including leading edge roadmaps.
- Develop layout modifications solutions that work across a wide range of applications and industries.

This role requires a strong engineering background, ability to work effectively in teams, excellent analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills to describe, understand, interpret and influence product requirements to software development teams.
Candidates must have a track record of delivering results and ability to clearly articulate the value of Calibre solutions to customers and field product specialists.
Job Skills/Qualifications:
- BS/MS CS/EE or equivalent.
- Candidates for this position should have a strong background in integrated circuit design or physical verification tools. Design experience can include the following: analog design, IP block design, SoC assembly or physical verification. Knowledge of various design enablement environments is highly desirable, as is domain knowledge of physical implementation is important.
- Knowledge of EMIR analysis and their design issues, including the best ways to modify the layout.
- Experience with P&R tools including the timing and EMIR analysis.
- Prior experience with CAD scripting and rule deck languages: SVRF/TVF, Tcl/Tk, Skill, Perl, etc.
- Willingness to travel
This position will be subject to U.S. export controlrequirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/orExport Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent oneither verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary exportlicense.

The salary range for this position is $82,900 to$149,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
