TECHNICAL SKILLS (MUST HAVE):
-Knowledge of or courses taken in EDA,Photomask or semiconductor lithography and/or semiconductor manufacturing
-Proficiency with Linux shell environmentand one or more high level scripting skill of TCL, Perl or Python

STRONG ANALYTICAL PROBLEM SOLVING ANDDEBUGGING SKILLS
Technical Skills (Desirable):
- Practical experience with one ormore Calibre DRC, RET or mask data preparation tools (or similar EDA tools)
- Experience in software engineeringwith proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C or C++
- Professional demeanor and abilityto conduct business-level conversations with customers
- Ability to align a successfuloutcome when looking after resistant or exciting situations
- Excellent written, oral in Englishand group presentation skills
THE PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE:
- Support and optimize Calibre post tapeout flow in customer's compute clusterenvironment
- Test and debug performance related issues with large scale Calibre jobs
- Support key customer engagementssuch as benchmarks, feature evaluation, tool/flow deployment etc.
- Develop and deliver trainingmaterials to partners and field.
- Develop Marketing RequirementDocuments (MRDs), from customer requirements and industry trends, that describeproduct features with sufficient detail that Software Development engineers candevelop new features accurately
- Collaborate closely with R&D,QA, and field to bring features to production, including testing andcharacterizing new features, filing defect reports and enhancement requests,developing materials to supervise and communicate development.
- Promote Calibre Platform solutionsby crafting marketing materials that characterize new features, writeapplication notes, and conference papers to communicate new feature flows tocustomers, field, and industry.
- Travel to customer sites whenrequired to provide technical support and to receive customer feedback.Participate in and sometimes lead meetings with customers and/or with internalSiemens' personnel.
- Develop test cases and testmethodology to test existing and new product functionality and to solveproblems or failures identified with internal testing or by customers.
