The exciting, fast-growing Digital Factory division of Siemens PLM Software is actively recruiting Professional Services Product Architects.

As a Siemens Professional Services Product Architect specializing in NX, you are the point person for building a strong relationship with customers and helping them realize their vision within their industry. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, technical leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as Teamcenter PLM configuration and customization implementation skills.

As part of the Professional Services team, you will work with Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and demonstrate how Siemens PLM services will impact and integrate with customers' initiatives, business drivers, value, and impact.
  • Leverage industry best practices and templates for the Siemens PLM Software solution delivered to provide customer value.
  • Lead the architectural design area of one or many product domain solutions to address the customers' business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into specific PLM solutions, applications or process designs for moderately complex projects.
  • Support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Communicate project processes, progress by interacting with the customer to support customer expectations and support customer adoption.
  • Assess customers current CAD/CAM/CAE landscape and develop a comprehensive NX implementation strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and define the optimal NX solution
  • Develop and execute detailed plans for NX software installation, configuration, and integration
  • Provide comprehensive training to end-users on NX tools, workflows, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter, NX software and integrations
  • Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience implementing and supporting Siemens NX and Teamcenter software
  • Deep technical expertise in NX product design, manufacturing, and simulation capabilities
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex NX deployments and migrations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience presenting to groups in a question-and-answer setting.
  • Ability to communicate with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%. (30% required)
  • Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or work status in Canada required.
  • Fluency in both French and English (bilingual proficiency)
  • Fluency in English is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s): interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally.
