Job Summary:
The Product Solution & Security Expert will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the security of our products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing best practices for product security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the lead PSSO, drive implementation of the overall product security strategy across multiple product lines with diverse teams. This activity requires collaboration with the various HAV R&D and DevOps project teams, to understand tasks, workload, process gaps, tools required, and work toward cost-effective implementations.
- Continuous improvement of PSS Maturity for priority products.
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate security into the design and development processes.
- Conduct security assessments, business impact analysis on products.
- Working with R&D teams, devise and implement a cost-effective process to respond to security incidents and manage vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on security best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, including AI and ML.
- Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with a DevOps team in product security role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Cybersecurity Regulatory standards including Executive Order 14028, EU CRA, NIS 2.0, etc.
- Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $126,100 to $227,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
