We are seeking a talented Automation and AI Software Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation marketing automation ecosystem. In this role, you will work on a dynamic development team, leveraging rich marketing data to build personalization and recommendation engines. Additionally, you will integrate automation tools into the Siemens marketing ecosystem.

Key Functions:
- Develop and enhance our marketing automation ecosystem.
- Utilize marketing data to create personalized experiences and recommendation engines.
- Integrate automation tools within the Siemens marketing framework.
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with datamarts such as Snowflake, and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in dataflow monitoring using CloudWatch metrics and creating monitoring dashboards.
- Proficiency with AWS Web Services, especially around Bedrock and AI modeling.
- Software programming proficiency with Python.
- Knowledge of agile software development lifecycles such as Scrum and Kanban.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven work experience showing proficiency in Python.
- Extended work experience with AWS services (Bedrock and microservices foundations).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vast work experience in building/maintaining marketing automation services.
- Proven work experience developing in Python.
- Experience with datamarts such as Snowflake or Redshift.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $105,100 to $189,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
