Role & Responsibilities
Identification and signing of new partners
Discover new local partners in regional areas to strengthen local market coverage
Management of existing Siemens partners (recruitment, consulting, training support, etc.)
Initial onboarding support (to help new partners understand Siemens products, processes, and sales objectives, and achieve productivity)

Establishment of a foundation for initial contract success and partner growth
Qualifications & Skills
5 to 10 years of experience in Partner Management
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration)
Experience in sales of manufacturing or engineering software is a plus
Applicants with an engineering background and a sales mindset are preferred
Applicants who can communicate smoothly with other departments and enjoy a collaborative environment
