Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our B2B marketing efforts in the industrial software industry. This position focuses on graphic design and content creation for social media, digital campaigns, and events. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Brief job description:

As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for developing visual content, supporting event materials, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn in a collaborative setting.

What are my Responsibilities?
  1. Content Design & Creation: Develop engaging visuals, videos, GIFs, and other assets for social media, email campaigns, and events.
  2. Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  3. Campaign Support: Collaborate on creating landing pages, email templates, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
  4. Event Support: Design invitations, agendas, and other event-related materials while assisting with logistical tasks.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Support vendor management processes, such as supplier onboarding and invoice tracking.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education

  • Currently in the final year or with at least 18 months remaining in a Bachelor's degree in:
    • Graphic Design
    • Marketing
    • Communication
    • Advertising
    • Or related fields

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva (knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Familiarity with video editing and creating GIF animations.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends (LinkedIn preferred).

Soft Skills

  • Effective interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Language Skills

  • Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).

Additional Attributes

  • Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Location: Mexico City

Way of work: Hybrid model / Part -Time

Contract: 18 Months
