Position Overview
Join our Solutions Consulting team as an Associate Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with customers and stakeholders, providing software solutions that demonstrate the value of the Siemens Xcelerator product portfolio. Solutions Consultants are pivotal in showcasing how our technology addresses business challenges across various industries. As an Associate Consultant, you'll be trained in aspects of the Siemens software portfolio, with an emphasis on how the components work together to bring value to our customers. This position's focus area is Mendix, the Siemens low-code platform.

This role is with the Solution & Process Consulting team of Siemens Digital Industries. This is a technology-focused team responsible for supporting our sales efforts across America.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to highlight our product value and key differentiators.
- Engage with customers and internal partners to understand requirements and execute solutions using your skills in system architecture and development.
- Build with our platform, incorporating new and innovative technologies.
- Support sales efforts through customer-facing activities.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Recent college graduate with minimum 3.0 grade point average (GPA).
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or Computer Science.
- Strong interest in technology and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willing and able to travel, up to 20%.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday
The total cash compensation range for this position is $79,600 to $159,200 with 7.5% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
