This is your role.

• We are looking for highly motivated Lead and Principal Staff Engineers to join the Calypto Design Systems Division!
• You'll work with a high-performing PowerPro R&D team responsible for designing, developing, and debugging software programs for industry-standard Power Optimization and Formal Verification tools development team at Siemens EDA.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver production-ready features, components, and algorithms while supporting existing software.

• We seek graduates/postgraduates (Bachelors/Masters) in EEE, ECE, or CS from top engineering colleges with 8-12 years of software development experience. EDA knowledge is a plus.
• We value your strong C/C++ programming skills, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms-key for robust software development.
• Understanding of HDL languages (Verilog/VHDL/System Verilog), low-power synthesis, and power formats (UPF/CPF) will supplemental.
• Knowledge of scripting languages & hands-on knowledge of Revision control systems like Perforce will only improve the development time.
• Your sharp analytical and interpersonal skills will help build scalable and balanced solutions for complex systems.
