About the Role

As an Executive Assistant you will be the personal assistant for the Country Managers for the Benelux and CEET performing a wide range of administrative and logistics activities. It is a full-time role (40 hours), and because of its relevance you will be required mostly on-site in the office in Rotterdam.

Area of Responsibility.

  • Contributing to all kind of activities that optimize the time efficiency for the two Country Managers.
  • Acting as a trust person for employees and management.
  • Organizing and manage events, trips, and meetings from within our company.
  • Handling expense reports, purchase orders and requests.
  • Contributing to the logistics organization of the cluster in terms of communication (email, telephone), coordination (agenda) and information processing.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational background and experience including office management, administration or similar, preferably with a similar role.
  • You will be a trusted with initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information.
  • Highly flexible, discrete.
  • Work independently and assertively.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SAP, Salesforce, and Teams.
  • You will have excellent communicator in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasking and having an eye for detail come natural to you.
