l 会社全分野における利益保護、会社方針・コンプライアンス遵守の確認および保証対応
l コーポレートセクレタリー義務の遂行（コーポレート法務管轄業務対応）
l 商取引・事業取引の文書化に関する法的助言の提供
l その他、当社の日本における事業および商業活動から生じる企業法務業務
l 社外弁護士の管理

l 分析力、一般的商法・契約法に関する知識

・基本給年額 800～1,000万円（月額給与は12分の1）（支払い日：毎月25日）
※基本給年額以外にターゲットインセンティブあり

・フレックスタイム制（標準労働時間7時間30分、標準労働時間帯9:00～17:30、コアタイム なし）
・時間外労働：平均月20時間（フレックスの場合）

年間休日：122日
完全週休二日制（毎週土曜日・日曜日）、国民の祝日、年末年始
