We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our global customer support team. In this dynamic role, you will use your analytical mentality, data and programming skills to enhance our team's capabilities, enabling us to achieve superior business objectives and deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities:
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets, applying machine learning techniques where appropriate to uncover trends and patterns.
- Build reports, dashboards, and other tools to unlock actionable insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Assist in building and maintaining data systems and pipelines to streamline data storage, processing, and management.
- Support the design of efficient data models and workflows aligned with analytical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and methodologies in programming, data analysis, and machine learning to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field,
- Experience in data analysis and analytics, with a proven track record of using tools like Power BI to generate actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in Python and respective data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.), knowledge of SQL and other relevant languages is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational databases and cloud-based systems (e.g. AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a significant plus.
- Experience with big data analytics and with machine learning algorithms is an advantage.
- A problem-solving approach, with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Ability to work in a global team environment.
- Good knowledge of English; both verbal and written.
- Fast learning skills.
