Our Indonesia Sales teamis expanding, and we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join usin Jakarta. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our local salesteam to identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities. Your effortswill include research, cold calling, and initial qualification of leads, alongwith coordinating meetings and technical resources. You will also trackactivities and keep the sales team informed on progress and next steps foremerging opportunities.

Key to success for thisrole will be your ability to communicate effectively, understand the value ofthe solutions we offer, and quickly convey this to potential clients. Buildinga trusted partnership with the sales team to target key accounts and agree onpursuit strategies will be critical.
Responsibilities
- Prepareand execute outbound calls and other lead-generation strategies.
- Researchassigned target accounts and conduct initial qualification calls.
- Runmulti-channel marketing campaigns (website, social media, email, phone) todrive new business.
- Generateleads and close deals primarily through phone-based outreach.
- Collaboratewith Siemens' authorized partners and agencies.
- Drivelead generation and sales using the LAER approach.
- Buildinterest in Siemens DI Software products and services through online and phoneinteractions.
- Enhanceand profile CRM databases (Eloqua, Salesforce) to identify new opportunities.
- Systematicallyfollow up on target accounts to turn leads into qualified opportunities andincrease the close rate.
- Workon routine assignments with limited judgment and receive moderate supervision.
Requirements
Experience
- 3-5years of experience in inside sales, renewal sales, sales development, ordirect sales.
- Demonstratedsuccess in expanding existing accounts and qualifying new business prospects.
Skills and Abilities
- Fluentin Bahasa Indonesia and English (both spoken and written) in a professionalcontext.
- Persistentand fearless in cold calling new prospects.
- Provenability to open doors and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Creativein problem-solving and overcoming objections.
- Strongcommunication skills, both within teams and with external partners.
- Well-organizedwith the ability to handle a large volume of opportunities.
- Proficientwith CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Skilledat conducting research and translating insights into action.
- Highlymotivated and driven to meet sales targets.
