At an exciting time of strong dynamic gaining market share in France, we would like to accelerate the growth of our ecosystem of Partners. We are looking for a seasoned Team Leader of our Partner sales / Channels team who will drive indirect channels growth acceleration. In this role, you will be in charge of defining & implementing the sales strategy across our Partner Network in order to reach the country objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining key Partners prioritization, strategy, 3 years Business Planning & performance monitoring, in strict coordination of country stakeholders & region (EMEA) management.

Key responsibilities
- Develop the right strategy to develop the Indirect sales through strong 3Y plan
- Grow our network of Partners : solution resellers (VAR's), service (GSI...) & Cloud providers
- Ensure the right priorities are set in accordance with the country GTM ; Business Plans & key focus ; Monitor Partners performance
- Develop team of experienced professionals in charge managing & developing Partners & Develop Partners through consultative selling
- Ensure internal coordination with the main Directors of business & cross-functional departments in the country to bring the appropriate level of support : marketing, presales, business development...
- Develop Partners growth acceleration through appropriate Partnerships motions (sell through, co-sell, sell-with motions)
- Develop Partners growth & autonomy through appropriate communication tactics, enablement plans, Partners events
- Become a trusted advisor internally, to internal sales managers, to directors of activities, and externally to Partners business decision makers
- Collaborate with local & global (EMEA) teams to ensure efficient strategies Partners acquisition, development, transformation
Requirements
- Experience & track record in growing ecosystems & indirect channels
- Strong managerial skills, experienced team manager able to identify & develop great potential within your team
- Various experiences in sales, markets & strong business acumen provides you with the ability to understand & adapt to multiple business context & interlocutors
- Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills (in English and French) to get your messages across
- You're proficient in different negotiation techniques according to the situation and Partner type to achieve the best outcome for the business with focus on a trustful and sustainable relationship
- Demonstrate a growth mindset
- Graduated from an engineering, business or university school (Master 2)
- Senior experience in the development of indirect structures, management in the field of complex software and industry
