What are my responsibilities?
- Act as part of a country professional services team, work productively with senior consultants and project managers, and other internal interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives.
- Provide support and basic technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Works on projects/assignments of basic scope.
- Works under general supervision on routine assignment/projects and direct supervision on new assignment/projects.
- Attends country communities of practice to build understanding of best practices and templates to deliver project tasks.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Fresh graduate with master's degree or above
- Major in Electrical Engineering and Communication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Ship engineering. Background of both engineering and computer technology is preferred.
- Strong programming capabilities (.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, Database (SQL Server/Oracle), etc.)
- Basic understanding in one of the key operations areas, such as manufacturing, procurement and supply chain management.
- Have good problem-solving skills, professionalism and teamwork spirit.
- Have good communication, understanding and learning ability.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (CET-6 is mandatory).
- Goal oriented; Conceptual Thinking with growth mindset; Influential leadership; Grit.
- Willing to travel.
