Position Overview:
The Product focused AE forFormal Verification will drive and grow Formal Verification business across theAmericas accounts. As a Product focused AE, you will be working with the ATM(Account Technology Manager), Account Managers (AMs), and the regional FAEs todrive the adoption of formal products and apps in customers' verification flow.The primary focus will be working closely with the account teams to uncoverand qualify formal verification engagement opportunities, includingconstructing and driving top-down and bottom-up plans account by account withina territory (including calling out strategy to capture unidentified business inthat territory).

Responsibilities:
The Product focused AE will beresponsible for:
• Working with the accountteams, ATM, and FAEs to develop strategy for driving formal business
• Providing formal verification hands-onexpertise to the FAE team
• Being the evangelist in the proliferationof formal methodologies, apps, and tools across the customer base
Job Qualifications:
- Hands on experiencein working with customers to drive adoption of formal tools
- Hand-on experiencewith QOSF (Questa-OneSpin Static and Formal) platform products is desired, butnot required
- Demonstrated expertisein working with formal techniques
- Product, market, andindustry knowledge in formal verification technology
- Prospecting/uncoveringskills
- Demand creation
- Create and maintaintechnical campaigns
- Set appropriateexpectations and decision criteria
- Bring technicalcampaigns to successful closure
- Driving positiverelationships with account management, field technical, and R&D andmarketing organizations
- Strong written andverbal skills are required
- BSEE or equivalent,10+ years of experience in semiconductor design, verification, and formalverification. EDA FunctionalVerification experience desired
- Travel will berequired within the North America region

The total cash compensation range for this position is$135,700 to $271,400 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target.The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's worklocation as well as additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education/training.
