About the role
We are seeking a EMEA PLM Cloud Application Consultant to join our CApS Team within our EMEA Cloud Center of Excellence in Poland (Wroclaw, Remote working available within Poland).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing regional team, as we deploy our new cloud proposition to customers across the EMEA region. Travel will not be required as part of this role.
Area of responsibility
- Solve second line support / L2 tickets on our application
- Apply patches on test, UAT and Production Server
- Document root cause analysis of issues
- Reach out to PLM Product Team for Product Issues and raise Internal requisitions
- Communicate with users on issues
- Work with L3 on issues which can't be solved by L2
- Provide workarounds to issues
- Develop Knowledge Management database for solved issues
Key Requirements:
- Ideally you will have Teamcenter Installation & Configuration experience, however we will consider candidates with knowledge of other PLM software.
- We would also consider applications from profiles with experience as a PLM Administrator / PLM "key user".
- Ideally you will have experience of PLM custom template install using BMIDE, Dispatcher configuration and Active Workspace Installation and Configuration.
- You will need to have Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- You will require excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as you will be talking to customers across the EMEA region.
- Basic Linux and Windows Operating System knowledge
